I. Why I Use AI
I use AI to make my processes more efficient—not to replace the thinking, reasoning, or discernment that make great content truly effective. AI tools help me research, brainstorm, polish drafts, analyze trends, and streamline repetitive tasks. But they never replace my judgment, experience, or voice.
My clients hire me because I understand their industry, their audience, and how to turn complex ideas into content that builds trust and generates leads. No AI tool can do that without human oversight—and that’s what I bring to the table.
II. My Guiding Principles
- Human-first always. I never outsource strategy or storytelling to AI. Every idea, outline, and piece of content is shaped and reviewed by me.
- Accuracy & responsibility. I fact-check all final deliverables and never rely on AI-generated research without verifying sources and claims.
- Client confidentiality. I never share personal, sensitive, or confidential client data with any AI system without explicit approval. I also use enterprise-grade services that don’t train on client data.
- No AI-generated content without review. Everything that leaves my desk—AI-assisted or not—is reviewed and refined by me to ensure it meets the standards I’ve always held and you expect.
III. AI Disclosure Statement
Internally, I may also use AI to:
- Research a topic
- Brainstorm or refine topic ideas
- Create outlines
- Polish existing copy
- Summarize long documents or transcripts
- Repurpose content across formats
- Speed up repetitive writing tasks (like meta descriptions)

- ChatGPT for brainstorming, outlines, and polishing drafts

Like the tech itself, my use of AI is evolving. I’ll update this policy anytime I make significant changes to how I use these tools. My goal is always to remain transparent, ethical, and client-first.
